About Me

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Neuroscience degree and a Psychology minor. I have had a passion for fitness and wellness throughout university that has only grown with experience. My goals are to use what I have learned about human behavioral psychology, women’s health, and my own gym experience to help drive these healthy habits into an enjoyable, exciting, and balanced lifestyle to achieve my client’s wellness and fitness goals.

  • 1:1 coaching is a 3-month contract that costs $450. There is an initial downpayment of $150, and the rest is a monthly payment plan of $100.

    Extensions of coaching are available!

  • For 1:1 coaching, I offer a personalized training plan based on your goals and accessibility. With weekly check-ins, attentive feedback, resources, and a nutrition guide for your dietary needs and education! You’ll be hiring a coach, accountability partner, and supporter.

  • For significant results in fitness and habit tracking, I recommend 3-6 months of 1:1 training.

    However, we will compare monthly results and have weekly assessments together!

  • Yes, it is an informational guide that is easily plugged into many nutrition-tracking sites for clients who are interested in tracking, but it is primarily an essential resource that breaks down what 80/20 meal balance is and how it works.
